Is there heavy frost on the inside rear wall in the freezer?
Also how old is your freezer?
And may I have the Full modle # so I can help you properly?
Hi, thank you for the pics.
Ok, you may have a defrost component failure.
But its too soon to tell. Please check also your door seals all the way around as that can cause this problem as well;-)
But you will need to defrost this unit for 24 hours with the doors open. Make sure to put a towel on the floor in front of your fridge, and one on the floor inside the freezer to catch any excess water.
Once it has been defrosted like this, you can turn it back on and close the doors. I will will be here, it will likley be fine for a few weeks at this point. But if the ice reforms please let me know as we can then diagnose and replace the faulty part if there turns out to be one.
Once you rate, kindly you will have access to me for 30 day;-) No further cost;-)
In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.
Please rate my service kindly.
