Please turn off power tot your HOB at the mains for 30 full minutes.
Then you can turn it back on. Please let me knwo if this has any effect?
There are no fuses inside this unit, but we will get to that when you try this.

Yes that confirms a bad main control board. Its easy to replace, no soldering required, just plugs in but there are a few connectors so I would take a pic or two before removing the wire clips so you know exactly where they go on the new board ;-)
