Hello Julian,

Has the appliance already filled and washed by this point?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Appliance is filled. Clothes are being washed but it won't go into the rinse stage. So clothes sit in water and the lights on the machine continually flash.
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 2 months ago.

Which lights are flashing?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
the 5 lights across the front control panel. each light is next a button, from left to right the buttons are; i, 'Eco Time' ii, '1000/500', iii)' Intensive Wash' iv) 'Delay Time' v)' START/PAUSE'These lights are flashing continually and the machine has stopped before the rinse stage begins.

Thank you Julian, and of the group on the right that go top to bottom, which ones are lit?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Of the 5 buttons that go top to bottom, the bottom red one and the middle one indicating rinse are on..
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 2 months ago.

Hi Julian, that is an F09 error.. which is a "Settings File error has been detected by Main PCB or Display PCB" - Disconnect appliance (Unplug from wall) for 2 minutes and try again.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
tried it. same result.this hasnt really helped, thus far. what else do you recommend to do?
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 2 months ago.

The only thing you can do is to either send the Main and Display PCBs for testing/repair.. or, replace them.

I can let you know of the testing & repair center that we use if you wish
