Usually this problem is a bad connection to the ovens main connection point on the back of the oven. But it could also be a bad heating element or temp problem. Please let me know if they glow red when you try to use that oven, so I can narrow this down for you;-)
Hi yes we need to know if they are getting up to temp.
There are a couple of things that can cause this problem, it could also as I mentioned, just be a bad temp sensor.
Please let me know what you find, so I can tell you what part needs to be replaced;-)

can you place an oven thermometer in side and let me know if it heats to the correct temp at different settings?
Ok, Peter I will be here when you do that. I need to knwo how the temp is behaving so I can be sure what is wrong if anything lol.
