Was this frigde freeer layed on its back, or side during transportation?
Ok thats not a good thing ;(
Please unplug the unit and let it sit upright for 24 hours before using it.
The oil in the system is now blocking the freon for flowing correctly. That shoudl do it ;-)
In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.
Please rate my service kindly.
Also it is the only way I am credited for my time and expertise with you.

No cost for that;-)
Hi, how long was the fridge stored on its side?
Thank you for that info. Did you buy this new, and is it still new?
Hi, Thanks for that information.
It may be low on freon, that would cause this, but...if that is the case there is a tiny leak so that needs to be pressure checked with a dye they would put into the system.
Or if the compressor isn't running at all, it could be just a start relay on the compressor, easy change, or it could be just the thermostat?
I 'll help you check all this if you are handy and have a multimeter?
Please let me know on that?
Hi your welcome Adrian,
Please rate kindly so we can stick together no cost for that;-)
And have a nice day!
