Our Built in coffee machine is not working, it will clean, rinse, I have cleaned the grinder, but I cannot even get a warm milk? The Grinder is working and I have blown through the nossels and they seam clear?

Can you please confirm the model number of your Neff machine, and if any lights are showing or flashing when you try and warm the milk?

It is the built in one. I'm sure you only do one model! It has no visable name, no light flashing, it did ask me to alter the size of the grind, but it was on maximum, it then asked me to clean the grinder which I have done

I have stripped it down as far as I dare go, there are no blockages in the pipes, it can dispense hot water but will not make a coffee, I just get a little clear water and steam!
Any ideas

Thank you for that information. Yes there is a blockage unfortunately;-(

What I recommend for this has a 70 % success rate.

Please mix equal parts, White distilled vinegar to distilled water.

Add that to the machine to fill.

Let stand overnight, then run that solution through the machine. You may need to repeat this process a few times to clear all the minerals built up inside.

If this still gives you trouble please let me know, but it usually works ;-)
