Can you confirm the descaling light has finished blinking and if you can hear the pump running to drain the water?
What happens when you press the drain key now, does the descaling fluid still remain?
Is the water container empty?
Sorry for the delay in responding, this sounds like the drain tube has become blocked, which will require a service visit.
Can you advise how old the unit is, as this may be covered under warrenty
This is not a user error, and since the product is still new, I would look to contact Samsung and arrange an engineer visit.
You can organise an engineer visit by calling 0330726 7864, select option 3 followed by 3 again
You will be told an engineer visit to explain use or to clean the unit are not covered, but I can confirm this is a hardware fault (ie the water isnt draining) so this isnt requesting them to tell you how to invoke the descaling or get them to descale if for you.
