Do you happen to have the model number, can you also advise what the issue you have is?

It is an old tumble dryer, its start button got stuck

Further to our call this afternoon, as the button has become reassessed you may find the plastic clips which hold it in place have broken, replacement parts would be around £20, however due to your proximity to London your looking around £70 in call out and labour charges.

I would suggest as you have advised you use it regularly and that its over 10 years old, you look to buy a replacement, such as the one here which is a condensing dryer for under £200.
