We have a beko fridge freezer with a built in water and ice

Hi
We have a beko fridge freezer with a built in water and ice dispenser. It dispenses cold water but no ice. At the back of the machine is a thin hose that goes to the top of the ice box. This spurts out water every now and again. The ice box is totally empty and no water going in.
Our filter also has not been replaced and I have just ordered a new one. The machine is 3 yrs old.
Any ideas. Otherwise everything runs perfect- just need ice PLEASE

When the water supply is on( turned off due to spurts of water discharging at the top rear entry) the cold water from the water dispenser works great.
Just no ice production

Hi Arun,

For this you need a new ice maker solenoid. It is inside the back of the fridge.

When you remove the rear access panel at the bottom behind the fridge.

It is super easy to replace, it is called a a water inlet valve.

It has one plug for wires and two plastic lines for the water that feeds the ice maker.

It could also be a bad ice maker but most of the time its just this electrical valve.
