I have a Stoves double oven . The larger of the two is failing to ignite .

Can you advise of the model of Stoves oven, and if you can hear the igniter clicking when you turn it on?

There isn't a clicking noise , unlike the small oven . Model no STS13900ps

Sorry for the delay.

This would suggest the oven isnt meeting the pre-checks required to ignite.

If your not getting a spark the most likely cause is the gas valve, however will require a gas engineer to attend.

Due to your proximity to London the cheapest repair option is to use Stoves directly, they charge £139 (paid over 6 months) to repair the oven and that then gives you 6 months warranty for any further issues.

They can be contacted on 0344(###) ###-#### and then selecting option 2.
