ALso the regulator shouldnt have wires, but the thermocouple protection circuit would.

No it is a new type and there is no wires coming from it.It is the wires coming from the cooker into the regulator I need to know

It is a Energy Regulator Diamond H41ER110BI on the old one there is three cables going into it one into line in one into load and the other into neutral on the new one there are 6 connecters S1 S2 P1 P2 2 4A which cable goes into what connecter
