Hi,

My name is ***** ***** I will help with your question. Fault F03 is a temperature sensor fault and it is likely to be cause by a faulty temperature sensor.

The sensor is easily replaced if you remove the back cover of the washing machine you will see the heating element below the drum and the temp sensor is in the middle of the element.

The part is available here.

hi there, this machine washes fine and the wash element works ok. i have changed both the water heater sensor and the dryer sensor and the fault is still there but different now. before i changed the sensors the clothes would come out of the dryer very wet and hot. now after changing the sensors the machine will do a wash and dry cycle ok but stop during a dry cycle only after 10 mins. the clothes are hot and damp.
