Assuming the motor sound you can hear is the drain pump, most probably you have not removed all the water from the float area in the base.

drain pump is the motor I hear, where or how do I remove all the water
Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 1 year ago.

If the water isn't being fully expelled when tilting backwards at 45 degs then access to the base to use towels to remove the water will be necessary.

What is the Enr of the appliance... This can be found etched onto the uppermost part of the doors metal inner.

Looking at the diagram of your appliance, it has a removable panel underneath the appliance.. so tilt the appliance to its rear and remove the panel.. any water remaining can then be mopped. After mopping, check the condition of the float and its switch which operates the pump when water enters the base.

Did that, no change
