Good afternoon this fault is most likely related to a faulty element or temp sensor (NTC).

A replacement element costs around £60 and can be found here, the NTC costs around £12 and can be found here.

To establish if its the element or NTC at fault, you need to check if your getting power to the element terminals, if you would like me to recommend a engineer to attend to diagnose the fault and replace the element or NTC, please provide your postcode.

Regards

James
