My RSA1WTMH fridge freezer (american Style), now 6 years

My RSA1WTMH fridge freezer (american Style), now 6 years old, is showing signs of water/ice in the bottom of the freezer side, then dripping out onto the floor. I have carried out numerous total defrosts but the problem just reappears. Have you any advice/solution for this?

I am still waiting for a call from your expert Dales Electronic despite numerous messages to a number of e-mail addresses. I have been promised a call on my home number. I will be on that number all day Wednesday and Thursday. Please get in touch as so far, for £20, I have had no satisfaction and am still mopping the floor.
