Is there any heavy frost on the rear wall INSIDE the freezer section?

Thank you for that information. What you need to do is defrost the entire unit with the doors open for 24 hours.

There is only one device in this unit which cools the fridge and the freezer.

Once defrosted completely, you can wipe up any excess water and re start the unit. It shoudl run normally for a while and the issue may be solved;-)

But if the problem returns, you can always reply to me for further instructions as you may have problem with the servo fridge cooling door inside between the freezer and the fridge.

The best thing to do is unplug this one to do the 24 hour defrost, that way it also give the circuit board inside a chance to fully reset to factory condition;-)

In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.

Please rate my service kindly.

Also it is the only way I am credited for my time and expertise with you.

Once you rate, I will be notified and will add your question to my priority list so you can reach me anytime until this problem is solved.

Then you can reach me by simply replying to this message anytime.

Thank you and have a great Sunday!

Sincerely

Tech Michael
