Hi ***** cannot get to the back of the appliance and I am over 80 I cannot move it
The freezer is working well it is just too high at 24
The alarm rings when the door is open for too long
It's just too cold it's optimum should b around 18 it is in my garage if that helps

Ok thats fine.

The ***** *****ght just means the fast freeze is turned on so that will be why its to cold in there.

Look at the control panel and there should be a fast freeze button or switch depending on model. Turn that off and the ***** *****ght will go off and this will then allow the freezer to go back down to -18 degrees from there
