I have a samsungNV75J3140BS elec oven which won't heat and makes continuos clicking noise when I turn it on

First if you set the oven to grill does it work (heat up), with the fan oven turned on does the fan and light come on, or do you just hear a clicking noise and no fan or light?

Grill heats up . The light and fan come on and the clicking starts and pre is showing on display

With the fan oven selected (6 o'clock on the dial) does the display still show "PRE", secondly when you set the temp to zero does the clicking noise stop, what is shown on the display (text and icons) when the temp is set to 0, and does anything change when set to 160?
