I recently had a glow worm boiler installed - about 4 weeks

Hello there ! I recently had a glow worm boiler installed - about 4 weeks ago ! - It has stopped 'firing up' and I have no heating or hot water !. There is a code flashing up F28 !
the booklet supplied says to press reset button a maximum of 3 times which I have done but still it will not work! F 28 is still flashing !. Company that installed it is closed until the morning , can you help please .

Can you confirm the gas is still on?

Has anything been turned off under the boiler?

Nothing has been touched ! gas is on and all ok - one minute I was using hot water the next minute everything stopped and the symbol F28 came up!.

On the front of the Glow-worm book they gave me is: Installation manual for Air/flue gas system for ENERGY, SUSTAIN, HOME, ULTIMATE, EASICOM, ESSENTIAL

Also on the front of the boiler is GLO WORM - 25c if that is any help!.

ok, it could be anything to do with the gas, or anything to do with the ignition.

It is failing to light.

With it only being in for 4 weeks the manufacturer will come out free of charge tomorrow if you ring them in the morning, but without a multimeter and standing in front of it there is not much else i can do.

It could be a loose connection inside the boiler preventing it sparking, or it could be a faulty part
