Customer Question

The lights on the upper face of our upright freezer are flashing. The AEG website says find the machine number on a label which seems to be missing and we can't find the manual. Can you help, please?

The lights flashing normally suggest the freezer is too warm.

There should be a label on the rear of the freezer, if the internal label has gone missing.

Try behind the fridge salad draw or left hand side panel in the fridge.

You refer to a fridge. It is a freezer, upright about six feet tall, and eighteen inches wide and deep.
It sounds as if the motor has stopped working. The freezer is backed into a fitted compartment, so getting it out would be very laborious.
Can anything be done without pulling it out?

Same again - bottom draw out or side of freezer. Without the product code or PNC it will be very difficult to help other than general suggestions.
