Sorry for the delay was just checking the serivce info out.

You have a thermal sensor error code here.

Now this can be either the thermistor on the heater, the thermistor in the front air duct or the control board at fault.

At the back on top of the heater you will see the thermostat. If you have a multi meter check that for contonuity and see if fault. If so then you need to replace the thermostat.

If thats ok then you need to access the thermistor at the front by removing the side panels and again check this. As this is a thermistor it will be high resistance of about 7K ohms. Check that and if fauly it will need to be replaced.

But if they are all ok then im afraid all thats left is the control board itself here im afraid.

So check the above if you are able to and see what you find and let me know.

No worries thats fine.

The side panels dont seem to be coming off... ive had to take the front panel off as well now.
I have to get this sorted tonight really... Ive got a 7 week old baby here, who has a lot of wet clothes... If we cant get this done in the next hour really, ill have to get an engineer sorted for tomorrow while im at work.

Theres usually screws at the back of the side panels.

Then you should be able to remove the side panels from there.

I assume then you have checked the thermostat on the back of the heater have you?

I'm going to have to leave this for tonight and pick it up again tomorrow. Battery in the voltmeter is dead, and having trouble with the side panels coming off... seem to be attached at front too.
