Hi Karen,

So when you open the door and press and hold the programme button for 5 seconds the end light stays on and wont let you select a program?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
that's right
Expert:  JamesI replied 1 month ago.

This suggests the main board has failed, as your not getting any lights illuminated to suggest an error code.

With this type of fault a new PCB can cost upwards of £80, so I would suggest going for a repair and protect plan with D&G, details can be found here.

If you would prefer to do the work yourself you can strip down the door (where the PCB is located) and order the replacement part here.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
