Have a Worcester Greenstar HeatSlave 25/32 oil combi boiler.

Customer Question

Have a Worcester Greenstar HeatSlave 25/32 oil combi boiler. No problems with water or heating until this morning. With heat turned on, boiler is firing for about 2 seconds and then stopping; starts again 10 seconds later for 2 seconds, etc. Lock Out is not turned on; pressure seems to be adequate.

Ok if hot water is fine there is nothing wrong with burner.

The most common culprit will be the three port valve.. It could be a normal looking motorised head on it or a clip on one. Lift the head off the valve and check it's moving ok
