Sorry I couldn't get back to you yesterday. I am afraid I don't know the model - it just says varioperfect on the front

Ok i take it you have tried turning it off at the mains and leaving it a few minuites to see if it will open?

If that doesnt work then try resetting it and see if this clears it.

Turn the knob to the off position.

Turn the knob to the 6 o'clock position.

Press and hold the spin reduce button.

While holding it, turn to the 7 o'clock position.

Release the spin reduce button after a few seconds.

Turn the knob to the off position.

Now try the washer on a drain/spin cycle and see if it drains the water out and opens the door from there.

Or again if this doesnt work open the filter cover on the front at the bottom and there you will see the filter.

Next to it is the small drian hose.

Open this up in a bowl and drain the water out from there and once the water is out the door should open from there.

Try that and see how it goes and let me know.
