Hi

Does the washer seem to be draining out ok?

Also what was in the washer at the time when it didnt spin properly?

Regards

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
Had washed a full load and drained but clothes not well spun. Cannot find filter to clean out which is what I would normally do
Expert:  Daniel replied 20 days ago.

Can you post the model number please. It will be on a sticker on the inside of the door.

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
Model no. ZWF01483WR Type: FLP0941C1
Expert:  Daniel replied 20 days ago.

Thanks for that.

Now on these models the filter is internal on the bottom of the drum im afraid.

To access this you need to pull the washer out and remove the back panel.

Look towards the bottom of the drum and there you will see the pump.

You need to remove this and then you can get to the pump chamber and check for debris in there.

Try that if you can but this isnt the easyist washer to clear the pump chamber but check that if you can and see what you find from there.

I cannot remove back panel!!! What a ridiculous design
Expert:  Daniel replied 20 days ago.

The back panel is just held on with a few screws and then it should pull off

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
Is the back panel like a smaller hatch on the back of the machine? Ours is fixed with six nuts painted white. Are these what need to be removed? With what - pliers?
Expert:  Daniel replied 20 days ago.

Yep thats them. They are 7mm screws so if you have a small socket set that will do it.
