The older driers dont have alot of circuitry, its most likely the time switch at fault not the PCB.

You can pick up a new timer here for around £50.

Before replacing the part it is worth setting the dial to the off position, and seeing if the RCD/MCB keeps tripping even when the timer is off, then disconnect it and see if the fault is still present.
