The back of our Fridge keeps icing up. I have defrost and cleaned several times, but still persist, the rubber seal around door is cracked a bit near the bottom, could that be the problem ?

Hi,

Yes a faulty door gasket (rubber seal), or the door being left open, are common reasons for ice building up on the internal back wall of the fridge, so replacing the seal may resolve this.
