Hi Denise,

Please try the following:

1. Press the OK button for at least 5 seconds until the appliance displays the installation message in various languages.

2. When the language required appears, press OK for 3 seconds.

just tried it & it hasn't worked, the only thing that happened, water came out of the nozzle!!!

Please try the following:

1. Press the P button to enter the menu;

2. Turn the selection knob until “Set language” is displayed;

3. Press the OK button;

4. Turn the selection knob until the required language is displayed;

5. Press the OK button to confirm;

6. Press the ESC button to exit the menu.
