I have a Smeg 90XL oven. The first time I turned it on, it turned off after 15 minutes. Can you help?
Assistant: What's the make and model of your oven? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is new, installed yesterday. type/model G90S/B1GG305TCE
