Do you still intend to answer my question?

Sorry for the delay, my wife had a bad case of the flu.
The signature looks like T. E. Walker, I did check out the one artist by T. D. Walker. A Thomas Dart Walker, he signs TDW and the style is very different. it appears your painting is by an unlisted artist and as such has an estimated auction value of £130 - £250. I also looked at the work of William McEvoy, it is hard to tell if it is his, but if it is. His paintings sell at auction for £455 - £1,216. Thank you for your patience. Cheers Tim
