Hi the local garage g are saying that part of my Glowplug has snapped off and is in the engine.They say that the only way to remove this bit from the engine is extensive work.I would not of thought this could of happened.

Hi Tom,

Glowplugs do break now and then when removing them.

If they were doing some other diagnosis, and this has happened, the cylinder head needs to be removed to get the threaded part out of the head.

I hate pulling glow plugs for this reason.
