Good Evening.

Where was the initial matter decided?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
In Australia if a will was made prior to getting remarried. The will is deemed to be null and void. Even if you can prove this was a shame marriage, and you have an affidiavide to prove this. Complex one

If the Will is made with the intention to marry it is valid.

If not then you are correct it is invalid.

Has the person that made the will passed away or are they still alive?

Not yet there has been a lot of nonsense going on and the addmintstation has been put in the hands of another sibling. even though the btwo other sibblings object to this. THUS THE NEEED FOR INFORMATION ON APPEAL TIMES ETC. This is a big estate. and is being handeled extremily badly. Or maybe extremily cleverly.there is prove the marriage was not correct.
