Ask a Bankruptcy Lawyer. Get an Answer ASAP.
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
Have you actually made the application to set aside yet?
Has Judgment in default been made against you?
If the DQ hasnt been filed, do it now.
Generally you get a reminder from Court before the defence is struck out.
So file the DQ now and apply to set aside asap.
That will put a hold on things.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
If not, I would appreciate a 5 star rating for my answer. Thanks!
I looked and it is the DQ (Directions Questionnaire).
Therefore you need to send back the DQ. But you must ALSO file N244.
There are 2 claims. One against you and one against Ltd Co.
You need to set aside the one against you.
Does that clarify?
Yes. Send the n244 without delay to set aside judgment. But you can send the DQ in now. Try to do that.
Does that help?
Yes that is fine. The Court fee is £255
You have ticked with hearing. The fee for this is £255.
An application by consent, the fee is £100
Yes but unless the other side agree to your extension, the Court fee is £255.
You can try that but it may not be listed.
