Hi Shantal I would prefer if you closed the question now as I have made an appointment with out local vet to try & resolve the issues with my parrot.
I presume I receive a refund of the €15 I have paid via Paypal if I cancel the question?

Hi Shantal I have only received a refund of €1
I paid €15 via Paypal & understood that this would only be charged should I be satisfied with the answer I was given by the expert. Seeing as I didn't receive a satisfactory answer from an Expert (as you couldn't find one for my question) why have I not had the full €15 refund?
I paid €1 as a donation to an expert in relation to another question I asked in Law as part of my 1 week free trial. Has there been confusion over which payment to refund?
Further to my previous message can customer services contact me urgently today regarding my refund. I did try contacting them directly using the contact form but my message was returned to me as undelivered mail??
If I don't hear from them today I will be approaching Paypal for a refund seeing as Just Answer could not find an expert to answer my question & have paid €15 for nothing basically.
