Nothing has been checked, I just wanted an indication as to what might be the problem!
the most common causes of a steering wheel vibration would be a sticking brake caliper, warped brake rotor, wheel balance/alignment or wear in the front end suspension
it could also be related to the steering rack, transfer case / differential, or wheel bearings.
generally having the vehicle raised for inspections and wheels removed will reveal the cause
