Customer Question

Hi. I have a 323i convertible (2000). Roof works ok (with the exception of one time, when the boot wasn't closed properly .. which is only discovered after battling with a manual close), windows work ok. However when the engine is on, I can hear a clicking noise from the rear drivers side ... almost like a relay is overworking. Any ideas? Thanks everso.

under what circumstances do you hear the clicking?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

All the time. It sounds like its coming from the boot but if I open the boot when the engine is running, you cant here it. Which makes me think it might have something to do with a relay or switch to do with the hood's motor?

what is the last 7 digits of the vin?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Why do you need the vin number?

Expert:  Steve replied 3 years ago.
I need the last 7 of the vin to look up build specifics.

The vin is printed on the outside of your car, it isn't a secret.
