Are there any warning lights coming on?

Any symptoms leading up to this issue?

No light on makes a clonk when moving too drive or backwards looked on Web there does seem be problem with 1 2 shift where new software needed but this one total no shift

I still believe your issue is related to the software upgrade for the ECU,from what you are describing you do not have a internal transmission fault but the vehicle and the ECU are not communicating properly the software update will solve this problem.
