Subject:-Ford Transit 2 Ltr Diesel.Registration WL05FWS.Non Starter??
I have:-Replaced Cam Sensor,Crank Sensor,Fuel pressure regulator on rear of fuel pump,fuel temp sensor.I have also by passed the fuel filter,checked cam timing and re coded the fuel injectors.Comon rail fuel pressure within acceptable limit but does not seem to activeate injectors.

P0623-Generator lamp circuit.


P0190-Fuel rail pressure sensor.


P2623-ICP Regulator open.

Ok I am also a warranty inspector for extended warranty and factory warranty and I have seen this issue before. The problem is the ECU is setting false codes and not communicating properly with the vehicle and causing the no start. The fix is the ECU needs to have the software updated.
