Hi,
Do car dealers have to pay VAT on the cars which they use as Demonstrators?
Are ex-Demonstrator cars sold to the public free of VAT?

No the car will be Under the VAT law, they will have to pay tax on the sold price .

End of the year they will be able to claim under advertisement laws which
will not be much .

A Demonstrators car is sold well under the new price, due to the fact its a used car .

As they say, buy a new car and once driven from the car lot you have already lost 20%.
