Customer Question

My Picasso has been very slow to start in the colder weather, just turning over without firing. This morning, after a couple of 'feeble' attempts, the engine management light stayed on and a type of 'warning' noise took place. Can you advise please.

Mark :

Hello, my name is Mark and I will try help you with this.

Mark :

This does sound like you have a bad battery but it is also possible you have a second fault.

Mark :

Once you replace the battery it may clear the fault light.

Mark :

Hi

Mark :

If not, then you will need to connect a suitable scan tool to see what fault code has been stored.

Mark :

If it is a low voltage type code then resetting it might be all it requires.
