Hopefully i can help..

 

Essentially the warning that you see will be the vehicles ecu alerting you that the a fault has been picked up with the engine managment control/sensors on the engine..this doesnt mean a specific fault with the injectors but as above either fuelling pressure fault /intake or emissions problem..the only why forward in any case with such faults as these the car has to be diagnostically plugged in - tested to retrive the P fault codes before you progress any further as per checks or replacing parts..So really best next step to take from here..I do hope this helps
