That codes generally relates to either a wiring fault from the sensor itself,a problem at the mulitplug at the camshaft sensor or the rest of the wiring back to the ecu,that something that would need to be check carefully.or the camshaft sensor itself is at fault,that would gernally mean just replacing the sensor genuine fitment if possible clear the code and re-test the car and see if the fault returns or the engine timing is slightly out..Doesnt have to be a garage job if you can replace the sensor yourself

..so as above that usually the most common faults with that code but maybe try the sensor first if prefered..I do hope this helps
