Ok..If its quite a signifcant leak then its should be easily spotted as to its exit point as this is what you'll the track down..thats about the only way best possible advice or way forward to see whats actually needing replaced to be honest..there isnt really alot of pipe work at the back of the engine or firewall end if you like..bar a sized bypass pipe metal that runs along the back there over the gearbox bell housing will be either one or two hoses connected to it so check those - also check the both hoses that go for your matrix that lead into the firewall as they ones a feed pipe the other a return pipe from the matrix - ideally it is going have to be a trace and follow the pipes round there to see where that leaks springs out from if it large enough then as you fill the system or have somebody else fill the system continually with either a hose etc into the rad then observe where the water leaks out from - if it just rubber hose that prob split near the jubilee clips or fixing then it it can be a case of removing the pipe cut the where its spilt..then remount the pipe and tighten the clamp back in place as temp measure until as such you can replace the pipe properly..but as above there is no other way forward bar tracking the leak down then you'll know or have an idea to ourselves what we're dealing with..I do hope this helps
