Hi,
Firstly, nice car. I hope I can help.

When does she misfire, after starting, under load or high revs?
The normal thing to do would be to just replace the plugs, the coil and the ignition leads just to be sure.
Also ensure that the terminals on the coil (SW & CB) are connected correctly (CB goes to the distributor & SW to the ignition switch) This can have an impact on the size of the spark.
