Hello and Welcome..

My name is ***** ***** Im happy to help you with your query.

There are two types - key and key less systems - I will give you the methods for both to save time asking -they are as follows....use the one that applies to you of course:

system operation

Without key less entry system

  • Pressing key lock button once activates central locking and locks vehicle.
  • Pressing key lock button twice within 15 seconds activates double locking system and alarm (if fitted).
  • Pressing key unlock button unlocks vehicle and deactivates alarm system (if fitted).
  • Some models:
      • Holding key lock button in depressed position closes windows.
      • Holding key unlock button in depressed position opens windows.

  • Interior movement sensors deactivation switch located near front interior lamp.

NOTE: If the central locking system is operated repeatedly within a short interval it may become overloaded, this may cause the power supply to the system to be shut off for approximately 30 seconds.

With key less entry system

  • Alarm/central locking can be activated in hands-free mode:
      • Switch ignition OFF.
      • Ensure doors and tailgate are closed.
      • Press lock button on driver's or passenger's door handle to lock the vehicle.
      • Pressing lock button on driver's or passenger's door handle again within 15 seconds of locking vehicle activates double locking system and alarm (if fitted).

  • Alarm/central locking can be deactivated in hands-free mode:
      • Approach vehicle with remote control - pull driver's or passenger's door handle or press release button on tailgate: Alarm deactivates (if fitted) and vehicle unlocks.

  • Pressing remote control lock button once activates central locking and locks vehicle.
  • Pressing remote control lock button again within 15 seconds of locking vehicle activates double locking and alarm system (if fitted).
  • Pressing remote control unlock button unlocks vehicle and deactivates alarm (if fitted).
  • Some models:
      • Hold remote control lock button in depressed position or continue to press lock button on driver's or passenger's door handle to close windows.
      • Holding remote control unlock button in depressed position opens windows.

  • There is an emergency key inserted in the rear of remote control.
  • Interior movement sensors deactivation switch located near front interior lamp.

NOTE: If the central locking system is operated repeatedly within a short interval it may become overloaded, this may cause the power supply to the system to be shut off for approximately 30 seconds.
