Hi..

Hopefully i can help..

Not uncommon to see an HDI with that amount of miles at that age due to their excellent mpg and low tax band unlike the petrol..one thing to consider is its service history and whether thats all upto to date/timing belt/clutch assembly - has that been changed at any point during its lifespan if not then with that amount of miles you will most likely have that to deal with those at some point,i would say that would be something to check on both vehicles....for fuel economy if being used for long distance/daily commuting then the diesel HDI would be the one to go for..if your only using the car for short commuting etc etc then the petrol would be ideal but again a little more expensive to run unlike the HDI..If it were me provided the it was a well looked after example and all the points highlighted above was done previously not current problems engine running wise etc..then the HDI would be the one to go for for economy and low expense..I do hope this helps..If you need to ask anything else then please just continue before you rate
