Hello there should be a drain /fill plug on the bottom of the unit if you look at this video around about 4 minute markhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tBYQnjur_wg you'll see that there's a 'snorkel' around the drain plug hole so you remove the inner plug with the snorkel left in place and add oil until it runs back down the tube typically these units don't use any oil so hopefully you won't have to add anything
