P2008 is a fault code referring to the Intake manifold air control actuator, this code is unlikely to be causing the running issues you have and I suspect is unrelated to the other fault code. This fault will be the air control actuator sticking, faulty or the wiring/connections to the actuator on the manifold.P0191 is Fuel rail pressure sensor range/performance, this fault code is relating directly to the sensor which would point to either the fuel rail pressure sensor its self, or bad wiring to the sensor causing a bad reading. With this fault code being the only code relating to this fault I would start by testing the fuel rail pressure sensor to ensure it is working correctly, then replace if necessary, also check the connection to the sensor and ensure the pins are tight and clean.I think with this fault code it is a little confusing as the code specifically points to the "Fuel rail pressure sensor" Not the actual fuel rail pressure. If the fuel pump was not supplying good pressure to the rail I Would expect to see a code such as P0088 and/or P0089, this would point to poor fuel pressure supply. If possible, substitute a known good working sensor to see if the problem clears. Despite the pump generating good pressure the ECM cannot regulate the pressure correctly if this FRP (Fuel rail pressure sensor) Cannot give a stable or accurate reading, this will cause the pump to reduce pressure to the rail as a fail safe causing the running issues you have.

Hello Ross,Thank you for your reply,Here is some examples about recent freeze frame data's.
I found some repair manual to Avensis from web and there was note that P2008 will/might cause P0191 (limit high pressure fuel pump so that revs are limited to 2000rpm). For my view it feels that my car symptoms are just like that. Error occurs motor lost torque and run under 2000 rpm and after a while motor comes back alive and works like before --> except that the motor warning light is turned on (always these same codes).Previously i had problems with idling but after cleaning the throttle body motor seems to idle and run better ( except these warnings)Example 1.Confirmed Trouble Codes
