Hi..there..
As far as the manufacturers recommendations are concerned they state at every 150,000miles which in itself as far im concerned and most techs feel too is far too long..normally its advise to bring that mileage back to say every 75-80,000miles which is alot more acceptable..as this will certainly avoid any potential failure of the belt aswell as tensioners/guide pulley and water pump failure..but id say the best advice is to get it done at the 75-80,000mile mark..if it hasnt been done so already..I do hope this helps
