Hi..there..

The brake system will always operate normally even though there's an ABS issue or the warning flagged up on the instrument panel..its just means there will be no assist from the ABS if you need to brake sharply etc....First things to check ideally is the brake fluid level - you then need ascertain which sensor or problem is current on the ABS with regards ***** ***** codes..that way you know which sensor if it is one that gone faulty is at fault..you can do this by using a scanner that capable of graphing live data from each wheel sensor - then drive the car to see which one looks suspect to the other wheels..that way you know which sensor or side to concentrate on..the likely or more common causes is usually a bad sensor..its just knowing which one its is that failed you need to have checked out before you go any further with inspections..I do hope this helps..if you require to ask anything further then just continue..if not then please dont forget to leave a rating before you log out..much appreciated
